Georgian Mansion Bed Wall
The Challenge: Transform a dark wood paneled den into an elegant and inviting master bedroom.
The dark 1914 koa wood paneling was painstakingly removed and cataloged for reuse. A custom canopy bed, creating a room within a room, is placed against the wall where the stove once sat. A Chinese Coromandel screen obscures the fireplace flue and an asymmetrically placed window behind the bed.
